If you send an email with the subject "Buzz Update" to bpretreatvideo@gmail.com you will get an automated response that will contain links to videos and might contain updates and/or other information not on the website. One time.

Say it's now next week and you're wondering about things. So you go and send another email. If nothing has changed you will get the same email, which is the worst case scenario. But if there is something new, imagine your delight. In other words, you can get it (meaning updates) when you want it and only when you want it, unless someone forwards you an update because they know you would be interested and they know this isn't one of those automatic update deals that tell you when those things you plug into your wall are on sale. Another example is an email update about not missing deals on those things you wrap around yourself when you get out of the shower. This is an email you need to initiate to get a response.
